This blog post is all about the Best Bible Highlighters.
Looking for the best bible highlighters can be hard. They will either bleed through the pages like no other or simply be sticky if you use gel highlighters. I have tried several highlighters and finally found the three that I have stuck with for more than two years!
One thing I have learned through trial and error is that the page thickness, the pressure you apply when highlighting, and the type of highlighter you get will affect the quality of the highlighter.
So here are 3 of the best highlighters I have come across and use daily!
The Best bible Highlighters
1. Sharpie highlighters
The regular five-pack highlighters are more than enough when you are starting to read and highlight your Bible! However, depending on the page thickness of your Bible, it can bleed through. The pages on my Bible are very very thin, and as you can see in the image below, it does bleed through somewhat but not too bad.
What I love about these highlighters is the small tip that the sharpie has. It makes highlighting easier, especially if you have a small text Bible. They are also bright in color!
2. Twohands hilighters
These are another brand of highlighters that I also love. The colors are not as bright as the sharpies are, but they are beautiful. It gives a beautiful, clean, and colorful vibrance to your Bible.
It does have a bigger point, so you may not like it as much if you have a small text Bible. However, one amazing thing about these highlighters is that they do not bleed through. My Bible has very thin pages, and yet it hasn’t bled through.
One thing I did realize, though, is that it will bleed through if you put a lot of pressure when you are highlighting!
3. Spia Highliting pens
I rave so much about these pens because they are AMAZING and cheap! You also get a variety of beautiful colors. These are more so for if you don’t like to highlight over the words but under the words. Also if you love to take notes on the sides of your Bible they are perfect since they have a very fine point!
One thing to keep in mind is that some of the colors will bleed through if you have thin pages. There are some examples in the images below of the bleed through but I personally think they are so worth the buy!
The pens that I use exactly are the ones below!
Conclusion
These aren’t many recommendations, but they are the ones that I have tried and approved! One thing to remember is that most highlighters will bleed through depending on the pressure you apply while highlighting and the pages’ thinness.
Also, one thing to keep in mind is that my Bible pages are SUPER thin, so maybe some of the highlighters I recommended might not bleed on yours!
I hope this was helpful!
